Borough Pennyz

AT ONLY 9 YEARS OLD, SHE RANKED 11TH AT THE 2012 LONDON OLYMPIC GAMES AND THUS GAINED THE WELL DESERVED NICK NAME OF 'THE JUMPING MACHINE', ONE THAT EACH RIDER WOULD LOVE TO RIDE AT AN OLYMPIC CHALLENGE!

Pennyz is a homebred with jumper bloodlines who started eventing with her first BE90 in 2009 progressing to her first CIC* later that year (12th). Pennyz is a magical jumper and gained top placings in 2010 at Intermediate level, she culminated that season winning her first CCI** at the 7yo Championships at Osberton in October 2010 and finished 9th at the 7yo World Championships at Le Lion in France. Last year she impressed in her 3* debut at Bramham for 7th, and in the London test event (also 7th). After her 3rd in the Gatcombe Intermediate Championships with a terrific double clear in the time, she closed her 2011 season with an outstanding 6th in her first CCI*** at Blenheim. Pennyz has started the 2012 with a bang with a 3rd in the Rome Montelibretti CCI*** in February helping Vittoria to gain Olympic qualification!

Borough Pennyz performed great at the 2012 London Olympic Games, ending 11th overall with two really amazing clear performances always in the time in both the cross country and jumping tests! Being one of the youngest horses in the arena, she really impressed and showed what is next to come!!
